Her are dates of the training as it appears some find making a Saturday hard to train on,mmmmmm wonder if it will be the same come friendlies or when the season starts!!!!

If you don't make the next two weeks fitness training you can't then expect to play in the games organised, if your on holiday then i will take you for the fitness when you get back before playing, if we want to win this league we need to be at our fitest so its vital everyone makes or does the running part of pre season.If you dont push yourself at training this will be noticed and you may not make the 22 man squad so for the sake of a few weeks put as much effort in as you can.

Sat 3rd July 3.00pm pre season starts with Iain, Alek and Barry (am working till 4, but i will get feed back!!!)

Wed 7th July 6.30pm training. Arthur, Alek and Iain will take.

Then we will go to a Monday Wednesday nights to free up Saturdays either for more training if i feel the squad needs it or games so.....

Monday 12th training I will take it will alek and Iain.

Wednesday 14th possible game depending on effort done at training.

Please take this as a warning re attitude and attendance at training, no one is in the 22 man squad yet!!!!!!!

I will not make it to training until the Monday 12th session as I will be working in London.

just makin a point, most of thye guys in the team have wifes/girlfriends/kids! pre-season is the only time thye players have time 2 spend wae ther family and bitches at weekends. we shood train twice a week but durin the week! much love your new number nine.........................BB

BB my number 16 did you read my speel????? we are gonna train midweek, this wednesday, then mondays, wednesdays. But as i said am sure if we had a friendly on then the wives etc would be dumped. I am cancelling the Linwood friendly and will continue to cancel friendlies until we have a good, decent pre season, saturday was a disgrace the coaches nearly outnumbered the players. Adverts are going into the papers this week too cause am concerned about people commitment so need to bring in players who are 100% up for it unless you guys can prove me wrong starting Wednesday!!!!!!!!! THIS WEDNESDAY 6.30PM!!!!!!!

The start of pre-season is always low on numbers a dnt think we shud start over reactin. Itl b intrestin tae hear everybdys excuses but at least ur honest Bb n naw cumin oot wae a daft arse excuse. Wev got roughly 25plyrs so itl b gd tae hear the 20 or so excuses that wul cum pourin in no doubt! Gd times at the Amos!!! Hahahahaha!
